Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our support team or log into your account to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of delivery.

• 2.
  Prepare the Shipment

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all components and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Clearly mark your RMA number on the outside of the box and ship the package to our central distribution warehouse using a tracked carrier.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the hardware's condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
